Terms of Service

1. The Service

Sourcely lets recruiters paste a brief and run a live agent search for niche roles. Agents source candidates, hiring targets, or client leads from the public web. You review results one at a time (swipe). Optional extras include email enrich and hiring-manager lookups.

The Service is Deep-only: every paid search is a live agent job. It is not a bulk database scrape. Open the product at /app.

2. Merchant of Record

Payments for wallet top-ups are processed by Dodo Payments (“Dodo Payments”) as Merchant of Record. For checkout, invoices, VAT and sales tax, and payment-method disputes, Dodo Payments is the seller of record. Dodo Payments’s Buyer Terms also apply to purchases.

We do not store your full card number.

You may also top up the wallet with cryptocurrency through NOWPayments hosted invoice checkout. Those charges are processed by NOWPayments. NOWPayments’s Terms of Use applies to crypto checkout. Card top-ups stay with Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record.

3. Wallet credits

You buy prepaid digital wallet credits (minimum $5, with larger top-ups available in the app) by card or by crypto via NOWPayments. Credits pay for search packs and Enrich ($0.03 per email found, including hiring-manager contact lookup). Public GitHub emails and outreach drafts are free. The first Client-mandate 10-profile search is free once per device/network (anonymous browser cookie, IP, and device signals, for 30 days). Clearing cookies or using a private window does not reset that limit. Pack prices in the app are all-in for a live search targeting the selected size (up to N profiles, not a guaranteed count) unless an item is marked optional. Unused pack slots are credited to your wallet when a search completes short — see the Refund Policy.

Credits are not a bank deposit, stored-value card, or cash. They have no value outside the Service except as described in the Refund Policy.

4. Acceptable use

You must have a lawful reason to search for people and to process any personal data you paste into a brief. Do not use the Service to harass, discriminate unlawfully, scrape in breach of third-party terms, attempt to break or overload the Service, or resell results in a way that violates applicable law.

5. Results and third-party data

Agents search the public web. We do not invent people, emails, or phone numbers. LinkedIn controls only open a URL the scout stored. Email enrich is a lookup against Sourcely’s contact data; if no email is found, you are not charged for that person.

Results can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. You are responsible for how you use them, including employment, outreach, and data-protection decisions.

6. Access

Access is currently keyed by an httpOnly sourcer_uid cookie. Keep that device reasonably secure. The free first-10 pack is limited to one claim per anonymous account, IP, and device per 30 days. We may suspend access for abuse, unpaid chargebacks, or legal risk.

7. Refunds

Refunds for unused wallet credits and the treatment of consumed searches are described in the Refund Policy.

8. Availability

The Service is provided as available. Live agents, email enrich, hosting, and Dodo Payments can fail, rate-limit, or delay. We may change features as the product develops.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for hiring decisions you make using Sourcely. Our aggregate liability arising from the Service is limited to the unused wallet balance on your account, or the amount you paid us (via Dodo Payments) in the three months before the claim, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Georgian law or other mandatory consumer law. Payment-related claims may also be directed to Dodo Payments as Merchant of Record.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new Terms.
